What are my delivery options ?
Orders placed on CHANEL Online Store are prepared by CHANEL teams and
delivered by Canada Post.
Delivery options are:
Standard delivery (2-7 days)
Express delivery (1-3 business days)
Shipping Restrictions on Hazardous Products
Due to Air Safety shipping regulations, orders containing Hazardous Materials (aerosols-alcohol) are restricted from Express Shipping. These orders will be shipped by Standard Shipping.
Orders unfortunately cannot be completed for remote regions due to Air Safety shipping restrictions.
What are your return / exchange policies ?
You may return all or part of your order within 30 days from the date
of receipt. When this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a
holiday, it is extended until the next business day.
Simply complete the return form attached to your package and send us the products in its original packaging. You can also inform us of your desire to return all or part of your order before returning the products by indicating the items and quantities returned, your name, mailing address, order number and if possible phone number and email address. In any case, the products must be returned within this period of 30 days. CHANEL puts at your disposal in your package a prepaid transport label allowing you to return your parcel without cost. Apply directly on your return package before depositing it at a post office and sending it to the following address:

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been unsealed can not be subject to a retraction. If the above conditions are respected, you will be refunded for the returned products. This refund will be made by crediting the payment method used for payment within 14 days of receipt of the products or after you have provided proof of shipment. The refund will not incur any costs on your part.
