1- To remove any traces of makeup or impurities, generously soak a cotton pad with SUBLIMAGE L’Eau de Démaquillage and smooth over the entire face and neck.
2- Use another cotton pad on eyelids and lashes. For waterproof mascaras: leave on the eyes for a few seconds then gently swipe over the lashes, from root to tip. Do not rinse.

CHANEL offers the following delivery options; Standard Delivery, Next Day Delivery & Nominated Day Delivery.
All above methods are guaranteed within a 1 hour delivery slot (excluding Sundays and holidays) by our transporter.
Please note, Standard delivery is between 2 – 3 working days, and all deliveries are contact free.

What are your return / exchange policies ?
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you
wish to return the Product(s), you have the right to do so. In light
of the current situation, We have extended our returns window from 28
days to 60 days for all orders placed on 1st March onwards until
further notice. In order to receive a full refund, simply complete the
return form and attach the prepaid return label to the outside of your
package and then follow one of the options detailed below.
Via post: complete the return form, provided in the delivery package and then attach the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop the items at a DPD location as listed on DPD.
In light of current circumstances, please note that returns to a CHANEL boutique are temporarily unavailable.
Please note that returns will not be accepted at any other retail outlet that sells CHANEL products.
